(collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as"BROA") has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the privacy of our Internet users and informing you about how we handle information that you may supply to us. This privacy policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage ("Transactions"), and data gathered, on the BROA web sites (the "Sites") and does not apply to any other web sites or offline point of contact between BROA, or any other company, and consumers. Each time you visit the Sites or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy at that time.

Tell a Friend
If customers elect to use our referral service for informing a friend about our sites and services, or restaurant listings on our site, we may ask them for the friend's e-mail address. BROA may store and use this information to send the friend information listed on our Sites. This information may also be used to provide information about our company and related products and services. The friend may contact us as specified in the tell-a-friend message to request that no further communications be sent.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use your profile information to help us efficiently perform Transactions on the Sites, to contact you, when necessary, in connection with Transactions, and to send you information, offers and other promotional materials for BROA's or third parties' goods or services. We carefully select the information we may send to you and may attempt to send you offers that are of value to you, such as discounts, exclusive offers or special event information. The Sites provide you with the option of declining to receive offers from BROA by "opting-out" of receiving this type of communication.

How We Use Financial Information

How We Use Demographic Information and Saved Listings
We use demographic information and Saved Listings to tailor the Sites and communications to the interests of our users. Our Security Precautions, Location of Information

How You Can Access and Update Your Email Preferences and Personal Information
When you provide profile information to the Sites, you must enter a user name.
After you submit personal information in connection with purchasing or reserving products or services, electing to receive communications or electing to participate in contests, sweepstakes, or other programs (such as discount or rewards programs), offered or sponsored by third parties on the Sites, we may use such information to send you marketing emails. However, if we do so, we will provide a link that you can click on to opt-out of receiving subsequent marketing emails generated from the same such information. In many cases we will also provide opt-in boxes so that you can indicate your preferences before receiving marketing emails.
Please note that changing or deleting your information through Join Our E-mail Community, or otherwise opting-out of receipt of email communications from BROA will only change or delete the data in our Join Our E-Mail Community database for purposes of future Transactions on the Sites and for managing future communications from BROA. These changes and deletions will not change or delete information that we may have already forwarded to credit card companies or any other third parties, all as provided above in this privacy policy.
